    Salary:

    Up to $80,000 per year

    Job Summary:

    Experienced with all aspects of residential HVAC service and installation. The individual for this position will be personable and have excellent mechanical skills, total familiarity with Cape Cod, an excellent driving record, ability to lift heavy equipment, able to cover night and weekend service (Please note: night, weekend, and holiday on call schedule is maintained only from Nov. 1st to April 30th so on call is only for the colder months giving any candidate more free weekends and holidays).

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Work with our young Master Plumber, Master Gas fitter, and Master Electrician on residential and small commercial energy related equipment installations and service. Experience with one or more of the following: oil and gas high efficiency heating, domestic hot water systems, mini splits, generators, decorative gas fireplace products, fire-pits, central A/C, barbecue grills, or other gas, oil, and electric products.  Heading into our 5th Generation we offer the opportunity to grow with us into the existing exciting energy field looking toward Solar, Wind Energy, etc. As an essential business we operated at full capacity within COVID-19 guidelines during the pandemic and maintained full time employment for all our essential personnel.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Applicant should have one or more Massachusetts Licenses in the following: In gas and plumbing: Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master. For fuel oil: an Apprentice or Oil Burner Certification, For Electrical: Apprenticeship, Journeyman or Master License. We will train an individual with excellent mechanical skills. Applicant must have a clean driving record, be able to lift heavy equipment, and have a desire to be a team player with a 102 year old company.

    Benefits:

    Our health provider is Harvard Pilgrim and we cover 50% of the annual premium. We provide 100% for short term disability, two weeks paid vacation after one year of employment, three weeks paid vacation after 10 years of employment, 6 sick days per year accumulated at a rate of 4 hours per month, 10-11 paid holidays per year, dental plan available, and 401K.

    Job Summary:

    Experienced with all aspects of residential gas piping and installation. The individual for this position will be personable and have excellent mechanical skills, familiarity with Cape Cod, and an excellent driving record.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Work with our experienced Master Plumber, Master Gas fitter, and Master Electrician on residential and small commercial energy related equipment installations and service. Experience with one or more of the following: Gas piping (natural and LP) for residential fireplaces, boilers, furnaces, barbecue grills, fire pits, decorative stoves, space heaters and other gas products.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Applicant should have a Massachusetts Licenses in the following: Journeyman or Master Gas Fitter. We will train an individual with excellent mechanical skills.
